Pad Gaprao Moo also known as stir-fried pork with holy basil is Thai comfort food. Some ask me what my death row dish would be, this is it. This is served with Thai holy basil, not Thai sweet basil! Comes with a fried egg and fragrant jasmine rice, and prik nam pla. Serves 1.
