Refund Policy

All sales are final. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. We only allow tickets to be moved to a future dinner if you find a substitute for your original reservation.

Menu

Each dinner features approximately 10 dishes and bites, all served family-style with fragrant jasmine rice. This means everything is shared at the table, not served as individual courses.

We do not share menus in advance, but you can browse our Instagram for a sense of what we serve.

Beverages

BYOB – You’re welcome to bring your own beverages. We provide one complimentary Thai beer per guest. If you’re bringing wine, we recommend chilled reds, rosé, pét-nat, or orange wines. For beer, light and sour styles are ideal. Lagers also pair well.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

We cannot accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions.

Our menu includes meat, fish, shellfish (including shrimp and fermented shrimp paste), nuts, and chilis. Due to cross-contamination risks and family-style serving, we advise guests with food allergies not to attend.

If you book the entire table as a private group, we can tailor the menu to meet specific needs. For private bookings, contact us at hi@makebistro.com.

Group Size

Each ticket admits one person. If you’re planning to attend with friends, please note that groups are limited to a maximum of 4 people total. Due to the communal nature of these dinners, we want to ensure a comfortable and balanced experience for everyone at the table.

If your group is larger than 4, we’d be happy to host you for a private dinner, which allows for more flexibility and a customized menu tailored to your occasion. For private bookings, contact us at hi@makebistro.com.
