เนื้อสวรรค์ is a Thai dish that translates to “heavenly beef”. This is my take and recipe on the classic dish. I use USDA Prime Beef which is hand-cut and marinated in a special blend that is fragrant with coriander seeds. Heavenly beef can be enjoyed as is, or deep-fried and paired with a larger array of Thai dishes.
