Pad Gaprao Moo - Spicy stir fried pork with holy basil
I make this dish only when I have Thai holy basil (bai gaprao) which I just got a shipment in. I can fulfill 20 dishes only, first come first serve.
Pickup in Brooklyn - time will be arranged and confirmed after ordering but will be offered around 1pm-8pm for pickup tomorrow.
If you want delivery, I can put it in an uber for you after you call it, which we can confirm after your order as well.
Pad Gaprao Moo also known as stir-fried pork with holy basil is Thai comfort food. It is rarely made with Kaprao (holy basil) in the states due to its difficulty to source. Most of the time it is replaced with Thai basil (bai horapha aka sweet basil) which is a completely different flavor profile, and therefore a different dish that we should instead label Pad Horapha.
Served with a fried egg and fragrant jasmine rice
Allergies - I cannot accommodate allergies or spice levels, and this will be spicy. If you have an allergy or aversion to something specific, please reach out to me at email@example.com prior to ordering so I can inform you if it's okay for you to eat.
